 Drama As APC, PDP Chieftains Clash Over Sitting Arrangement At Osun Eid Ground There was a mild drama which prevented Osun State Governor, Senator Ademola Adeleke from Observing the two voluntary Rakat at Osogbo central Eid, in commemoration of this year’s Eid-el-kabir Celebration. The incident took place at the Oke-Baale area in Osogbo, on Wednesday morning leaving attendees bewildered. The drama which caused a little disruption before the prayer was held was occasioned by argument that ensued over sitting arrangement involving the State governor and the immediate past Senate spokesperson, Ajibola Basiru. According to report, a loyalist of the governor was alleged to have confronted Senator Basiru to leave where he was sitting that the space was meant for the governor. Following the consistent movement of mini aircraft specially designed for airborne geophysical survey, the Osun Government has urged citizens and residents in the State not to panic as their security and safety remains its topmost priority. The government noted that it was aware of the yellow painted helicopter that has been flying round some parts of the State, adding that the exercise was designed for airborne geophysical survey to determine accurate mineral locations in the selected areas with state-of-the-art aeromagnetic mechanisms.
